William Wu

William Wu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. William started their career as a Staff Accountant at Austamory Accounting and Tax Firm before moving on to work as a Finance Officer for the New South Wales Government Australia. William then worked as a Senior Analyst at Australian Wealth Management where they implemented new business strategies and significantly reduced pending transactions. William also worked at China Investment Corporation as a Secondee.

After that, they joined J.P. Morgan as a Senior Analyst and later as a Client Service and Relationship Manager, where they won several awards and coordinated a deal worth $20 billion in assets under custody. William then worked at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President, where they coordinated several significant financing deals and initiated a securitization deal.

William's legal career includes working at Dechert LLP as an Associate, specializing in M&A, PE, emerging companies, and venture funds. William also worked at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a Senior Corporate Associate, representing clients in various sectors and transactions.

Currently, William is the Director - Senior Corporate Counsel at AESC.
