Tarah Arreguin

Tarah Arreguin, PHR, serves as the Complex Human Resources Manager at Pilgrim's since June 2019. Previously, Tarah held the position of Assistant Human Resources Director at the City of Nacogdoches from May 2010 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR operations, advising supervisors, and handling employee grievances. Tarah's career in human resources began at Etech, Inc., where roles included Leader of Recruiting and Community Involvement, Recruiter, Employment Coordinator, and Recruiting Intern, with a focus on legal hiring processes, recruitment strategy, and community engagement. Tarah holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a BBA in the same field from Stephen F. Austin State University, along with a high school diploma from Center High School.
