Lucie Crépin's work experience started in 2009 as a Master Degree Student at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives. In 2009, they also began working as a PhD student at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research, where they conducted research on nitrogen metabolism in Saccharomyces cerevisiae during wine fermentation. Lucie completed their PhD in 2012.
In 2013, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and TBI - Toulouse Biotechnology Institute, Bio & Chemical Engineering. Lucie is responsible for the design and execution of the scientific strategy, including patent drafting and collaboration with external experts. Lucie Crépin's education history begins in 2003 when they attended École Pratique des Hautes Études. Lucie completed their EPHE degree in Biology there in 2006. Later, in 2008, Lucie enrolled in Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), where they pursued a Master 2 recherche degree in Cell and Integrative Biology. Lucie completed this program in 2009.
