Ann Skiera

Ann Skiera is a seasoned real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Parks and Pilkerton Realtors since January 2022 and January 2019, respectively. With a background that includes roles as a Real Estate Consultant at Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World from 2005 to 2019, Ann has a strong foundation in luxury home sales and local market expertise. Ann is also actively involved in professional organizations, including membership in 100+ Women Who Care Nashville and Williamson, Inc., and serves as an instructor for the Tennessee Association of Realtors, teaching realtors to effectively use a web-based document management program. Ann has held leadership positions with the Women's Council of Realtors in Nashville, including serving as President in 2007 and as a Governing Board Member in 2010.
