Miranda Byrd

Miranda Byrd is a seasoned legal and real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles related to real estate law and business development. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for 1031 exchanges at First American Exchange Company, Miranda is also the Owner of Miranda Byrd Law, LLC, which provides legal services for commercial and residential transactions and litigation. Additional roles include Affiliate Broker at Pilkerton Realtors, Attorney at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, and Partner at Kaplan Papadakis & Gournis PC, where expertise has been established in foreclosure litigation and banking law over more than 15 years. Earlier experience includes positions at Martin & Karcazes, Ltd. and Pierce and Associates. Miranda holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
