Steffen Drosihn

Steffen Drosihn currently serves as the Commercial Manager for AGR Deutschland at Pilkington Automotive Deutschland GmbH, a role held since December 2024. Prior to this position, Steffen spent 18 years at Autosmart International, progressing through various roles including Country Manager for D-A-CH, the Netherlands, and International Distributors, where responsibilities encompassed market strategy development and national sales network expansion. Steffen also managed challenging regions in London and South East England, established direct sales operations in Australia, and led a successful pilot project in Germany that built a substantial customer base.
