Kiran Rathni

Kiran Rathni is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in PropTech, FinTech, and WealthTech. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Pillar Markets since November 2021, Kiran leads efforts to address liquidity needs in institutional commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Kiran was Chief Technology Officer at Finitive, where responsibilities included providing institutional investors with access to private credit transactions through data-driven proprietary algorithms. Kiran also held the position of Head of Software Engineering at Heidmar Inc., focusing on commercial and asset management services in various sectors. Kiran’s earlier career includes roles as Systems Architect at PDI, Inc., Project Leader at Digicaptions/Softitler, Team Leader at iCode, and Sr. Web System Integrator at Birlasoft. Kiran received an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Bangalore University.
