David Mandley

David Mandley is a seasoned investment and operations principal with over 15 years of experience in managing class A apartments in the Phoenix Metro and Urban Seattle areas through a role at Private Portfolio Group and Pillar Communities since September 2007. Prior to this, David served as an account manager for Advanced Document Systems Xerox Agency, focusing on Xerox copier sales in Seattle from November 2004 to August 2007. David holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University, completed in 2004. Early education was completed at Lakeside High School, graduating in 1999.
