Prior to that, they worked at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) for a significant portion of their career. At PNM, Mike held several positions including Maintenance Manager from August 2020 to December 2022, Planning Manager from October 2018 to January 2021, Project Manager from January 2013 to October 2018, Craft Supervisor from February 2012 to January 2013, and Journeyman Instrument, Control, Electrical from October 2005 to February 2012. Before joining PNM, they worked at Beitzel Corp. as a Lead Instrument Technician from December 2003 to May 2005.
Mike Patscheck completed their education in Controls Technology at San Juan College from 2002 to 2005. Their degree program focused on Instrumentation and Controls Technology.
