Vojtech Ruso has extensive experience in operations and retail within the sports and outdoor industry. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Lead for EU/UK and Marketplace Lead for CEE at PILLAR Performance since 2022, Vojtech also operates as a distributor for the CEE region. With a strong retail background, Vojtech has been a retailer and distributor for 2XU in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2016 and has founded RUSO Sport s.r.o. in 2018. Previous roles include media analyst for Občanská demokratická strana from 2017 to 2023 and retailer for Saucony from 2021 to early 2022. A former canoe sprint athlete with Dukla Praha, Vojtech is a 12-time national champion and has achieved notable rankings in European and World Championships. Vojtech is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospodářská a správní služba v lesním hospodářství at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
