Shira Flint Shor

Shira Flint Shor currently serves as HR & Operations at Pillar Security since May 2025. Previously, Shira worked at BigID from February 2019 to May 2025, holding positions including People Operations Manager, People Operations Specialist, and Office Manager. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at AppFront from April 2018 to February 2019 and Internship Coordinator at Destination Israel, Israel Way from November 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included interviewing and coordinating internship placements for Jewish students in Israel. Additionally, Shira was a Math Teacher for the Psychometric exam at Yoel Geva from February 2014 to June 2018 and taught Psychometric Exam preparation courses at High Q from October 2012 to May 2013. Shira holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
