Richard Napolitano

Richard Napolitano is a retired serial entrepreneur and executive, currently associated with Napcon Capital Management as a retired executive since August 2024. Napolitano co-founded Pillar VC, a seed-stage firm supporting startups through advisory roles. As the CEO of Advisor360° from December 2019 to August 2024, Napolitano led a platform that integrated various wealth management services. Previous roles include CEO of Plexxi Inc., where Napolitano directed sales to cloud providers and enterprises, and EVP/President of the Unified Storage Software Division at EMC, successfully driving a $4 billion division. Early career highlights include significant leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and Pirus Networks, alongside founding Alchemy Angels. Napolitano holds a BS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
