Megan Knight

Megan Knight has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Megan started their career as an intern at Prasco in 2015 and later worked as a Human Resources Assistant at CHI Health at Home from November 2015 to March 2016. Megan then took on the role of a Human Resources Coordinator at CHI Health at Home from March 2016 to February 2017. In February 2017, Megan became a Recruiter at Concentrix and was later promoted to Senior Recruiter, North America in October 2017. Megan worked in this position until July 2019 when they joined Pure Romance as a Human Resources Manager. After two years at Pure Romance, Megan transitioned to Pillar4 Media, where they initially worked as a Recruiter starting in February 2021. Megan then became a Manager, Talent Acquisition in January 2022 and eventually rose to the position of Director, Talent Acquisition in February 2023.

Megan Knight completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, which took place from 2011 to 2015. Megan also obtained a certification as a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in February 2022.
