Jelena Holaves

Jelena Holaves has a strong background in the finance industry, with a focus on recruiting and executive roles. Jelena currently serves as the Managing Director at Pillars of Wall Street, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they worked at J.P. Morgan as the Vice President of Corporate & Investment Bank Experienced & Executive Recruiting from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they were a Senior Recruiter at BellUno Search from 2009 to 2013. Jelena also has experience at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President from 2006 to 2009, and at Banc of America Securities as an Associate from 2004 to 2006.

Jelena Holaves completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The Wharton School from 2002 to 2004.
