Hayley McAllister is an experienced People and Culture Manager currently leading initiatives at Pillow Talk Australia since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing the full colleague lifecycle across 68 retail stores. Prior to this role, Hayley contributed as a Human Resources Officer at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, playing a vital role in the pre-opening team for the resort's launch in July 2019, and at voco™ Gold Coast, assisting in the rebranding following its acquisition by IHG. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Coordinator role at Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast and a Cafe Manager position at Benny's Cafe. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast, completed in 2017.
