Adam Goldberg

Adam Goldberg is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients in Asia, focusing on government and internal investigations, international arbitration, and complex commercial litigation. Currently a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since September 2022, Adam previously held the same title at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from April 2015 to September 2022. Adam's expertise includes regulatory counseling in areas such as anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, anti-money laundering, and data privacy compliance. Recognized as a Who’s Who Legal: Investigations expert, Adam has also served as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Irell & Manella, and completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton at the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Adam holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Brown University.
