Alicia McKnight

Alicia McKnight is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the areas of commercial and finance transactions. Since January 2011, Alicia has been a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where responsibilities include representing financial institutions and borrowers in diverse domestic and international transactions. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Staff Attorney at The Greenlining Institute, focusing on the anti-competitive implications of the Comcast-NBCU merger, and held various positions at Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw Pittman in the areas of data privacy and legal research. Earlier internships at Noble Europe Limited and Noble Group Limited involved research and legal support related to EU regulations and carbon credits. Alicia holds a Juris Doctorate in International Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, along with a BA in Philosophy from the University of Virginia and education in law from the College of Law of England and Wales.
