Anna Graves

Anna Graves is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in corporate and securities law, particularly in the restaurant, food, and beverage sectors. Currently serving as Co-Leader of the Restaurant, Food & Beverage Practice Group and Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since June 2001, Anna focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, corporate restructuring, and SEC compliance among other areas. Additionally, Anna has chaired the UCLA Extension Restaurant Industry Conference since June 1997, facilitating education on industry trends for restaurant executives and owners. Prior roles include serving as a Corporate & Securities Attorney at Paul Hastings and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. Anna holds a JD in Corporate & Securities Law from the University of Virginia School of Law and an A.B. in Biopsychology from Cornell University.
