Brendan Hennessey

Brendan Hennessey is a legal professional with extensive experience in law and legislative support. Currently a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since October 2015, Brendan has also held roles as Counsel and Associate at the firm, having been admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. Prior to this, Brendan served as a Policy and Research Adviser for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and as a Legislative Assistant in the Office of Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. Brendan's earlier roles include positions such as Summer Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Staff Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Scheduler in Congressman Pallone's office. Brendan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, International Economics, and Political Science from The George Washington University, complemented by studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
