Casey Low is a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where since September 2015, focus has been on complex commercial litigation, including areas such as Antitrust/Competition law, tortious interference, defamation, and False Claims Act claims. With a background that includes serving as a Partner at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and Andrews Kurth LLP, as well as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Texas, Casey has extensive experience representing clients in various litigation stages in both state and federal courts, including trials, arbitrations, and internal investigations. Casey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Trinity University.
