Christina Pearson

Christina Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christina started their career as an extern for Judge Alex Kozinski at the U.S. Court of Appeals in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a summer intern at NBC. Later in 2004, they were a summer associate at Kaufman & Canoles. Since 2007, Christina has been working at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where they have held various roles including associate, senior associate, counsel, and partner. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Corporate and Securities - Technology. Throughout their career, Christina has been highly involved in corporate governance, capital raising, securities laws, and mergers and acquisitions.
