David Klein

David Klein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent law firms. Since January 2016, David has served as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Prior to this, David held the position of Partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from October 2008 to December 2015 and served as a Shareholder at Heller Ehrman from February 2006 to October 2008. David’s career also includes tenure as a Partner at Swidler Berlin LLP and as Assistant Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union. Early in David's career, a formative role was served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Julia Cooper Mack at the D.C. Court of Appeals. David obtained a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston University.
