Gabby Regard

Gabby Regard is a Global Sourcing and Technology Transactions Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since June 2020, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements, as well as advising on outsourcing, technology law, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at The University of Alabama Office for Technology Transfer, where tasks involved assessing patentability and marketability of invention disclosures, and as a Triage Intern focused on market analysis. Gabby also held the role of Venture Development Intern, developing commercialization strategies for University of Alabama intellectual property and presenting market research. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from The University of Alabama, and an MBA from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business.
