Jerald Jacobs

Jerald Jacobs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in nonprofit organization governance, transactions, antitrust issues, tax exemption, certification, and self-regulation. As a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman since December 1999, Jerald advises nonprofits on legal compliance, governance solutions, and various transactions while handling major litigation involving antitrust laws. Previous experience includes partnerships at Jenner & Block and Leighton Lemov Jacobs & Buckley. Jerald holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Georgetown University.
