Mark Plumer

Mark Plumer is a highly experienced attorney with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since January 2016, Plumer has previously held partner positions at prominent law firms including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from October 2008 to December 2015, Heller Ehrman LLP from February 2006 to October 2008, and Swidler Berlin LLP from May 1994 to February 2006. Mark began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Oliver Gasch at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from 1986 to 1987.
