Rafael Boza

Rafael Boza serves as Special Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where expertise in complex arbitrations, litigations, and transactional matters is applied to support clients both domestically and internationally. Since 2018, Rafael has been the Co-Editor-in-Chief of ITA in Review, contributing to discourse in international and domestic dispute resolution. As an experienced arbitrator, Rafael is affiliated with the Arbitration Centers of AMCHAM - Peru and the Lima Chamber of Commerce. Previous roles include ICC-YAF Representative at the International Chamber of Commerce, Regional Legal Counsel at Sarens USA, and In-House Counsel at Sulzer Chemtech USA, among others. Rafael holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and various certificates related to law and mediation, alongside a Master's degree from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Lima.
