Rob James is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactions within the natural resources and infrastructure sectors, encompassing oil, gas, conventional and renewable power, and infrastructure projects. As a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since 1983, Rob specializes in areas such as public-private partnerships, carbon sequestration, acquisitions, joint ventures, and engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Additionally, Rob serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Responsible Carbon Removal and is an Advisory Council Member at the Bay Area Council Economic Institute.
