Sam Lipson

Sam Lipson is a legal professional with a diverse background in law and governance. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since February 2024, Lipson previously held the position of Managing Director and General Counsel at Zag Capital from March 2022 to February 2024. With earlier experience as an associate at Cooley LLP from August 2017 to March 2022 and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2015 to August 2017, Lipson's career began as a law clerk and summer associate at Wilson Sonsini.
