Shane Henderson

Shane Henderson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Service Desk Analyst at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since September 2012, Shane plays a key role in the firm's global operations center in Nashville. Prior to this position, Shane worked at Dell Inc. from September 2006 to September 2012 as a Gold/Pro Support Tech, focusing on providing technical support to business customers nationwide. Shane began a career in technology as an Information Systems Technician 2nd class petty officer in the United States Navy from September 2000 to September 2006, where responsibilities included operating and maintaining satellite telecommunications systems and supporting personnel records management. Shane holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both obtained from the University of Phoenix.
