Prior experience includes serving as a Partner and Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP, and as an Associate focused on growth companies, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions at DLA Piper and Cooley LLP. Steve holds a JD in Business Law from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.
