Tanya Garig

Tanya Garig has extensive experience in risk management and legal operations, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management Information Services at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman since August 1997. In this role, Tanya oversees firmwide responsibilities related to conflicts, new business, records, corporate governance, compliance, and information systems impacting risk management. Additionally, Tanya has maintained a long-term commitment to officiating as an NCAA Umpire since 1998. Previous positions include Conflicts, New Business & Records Manager at Townsend, Townsend & Crew from 1994 to 1998 and Special Records Assistant at Pettit & Martin LLP from 1988 to 1993. Tanya holds a BA from San Francisco State University, attended between 1990 and 1993.
