Thomas Gump

Thomas Gump is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since August 1999, Thomas specializes in debt and equity finance for unregistered offerings, representing start-ups in capital raising and exit transactions. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Director of Corporate Finance at Siemens AG, where responsibilities included raising capital for telecommunications projects across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Far East. Earlier, Thomas was a Fellow with the Bosch Foundation and also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Judge Loren A. Smith at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Thomas earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University.
