Kristian Meinken has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kristian began their career in 1999 with an internship in creative direction and concept development at PopNet Kommunikation GmbH & Co KG. Kristian then worked at PopNet Group as an assistant to the Chief Creative Officer/Marketing Communications from 2000 to 2001. Kristian later joined logosmedia as a consultant in strategy and concept development from 2002 to 2003.

Following that, Kristian joined GIU Gesellschaft für innovative Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH as a consultant in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Kristian then worked at Lenscare AG as an online marketer from 2005 to 2006.

In 2007, Kristian became the Managing Director of Pilot Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG, one of the largest independent advertising agencies in Germany. Kristian is responsible for overseeing their various services, including media planning and buying, creative shop, data & intelligence, as well as technology across all media categories.

In 2016, they joined Mercury Media Technology GmbH's advisory board, a software company within the pilot group that enables advertisers and agencies to improve their workflows and business models.

Kristian's advisory board roles continued in 2017 when they became a part of TwentyFive. Communications GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture between Mediacom and pilot, where they advise brands and corporate teams and plans and buys inventory, data, and technology across all media categories.

Finally, in 2019, Kristian joined the Artificial Intelligence Center Hamburg (ARIC) e.V. as a board member. This experience has given him extensive knowledge and expertise in the advertising and technology sectors.

Kristian Meinken attended Gymnasium Hittfeld, a secondary school, from an unknown start year until 1998. Kristian did not receive a specific degree or focus during this time. From 2000 to 2004, Kristian Meinken pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing/Management at Hamburger Fern-Hochschule. Kristian obtained a Diplom degree upon completion of their studies.
