Amy Hitzeman, PHR

Amy Hitzeman, PHR has a diverse work experience starting from 1991. Amy began their career in the US Navy as a Data Processing Technician from July 1991 to October 1996. Following that, they worked as the NCOIC of Safety at the Ohio Air National Guard, 123rd Air Control Squadron from November 1996 to February 2009. In 2007, Amy worked as a Safety Consultant at Sheakley Uniservice until September 2008. Amy then joined Cast-Fab Technologies, Inc. as a Safety Coordinator from September 2008 to February 2011. Amy's most recent position was at the Pilot Chemical Company where they served as an Environmental Health Safety & Security Coordinator starting from February 2011 until January 2013. After that, Amy transitioned to the role of Human Resources Specialist at the same company from February 2013 onwards.

Amy Hitzeman, PHR, completed their education in two different institutions. From 1992 to 1994, they attended Chaminade University of Honolulu, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts. Following this, they went on to attain a degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati, which was completed between 1996 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Amy Hitzeman also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2016.
