Ronald Keates

Ronald Keates began their career as a Research Scientist & Purchaser at Applied Biomimetic Inc. in 2011. In this role, they conducted multidisciplinary research, focusing on areas such as Cell Membrane Protein Production and Purification, Synthesis and Characterization of Amphiphilic Tri-Block Co-Polymers, Self-Assembly of Bio-Mimetic Nano-Particles, and Casting of Polymeric Ultra-Filtration Membranes. Ronald also handled the sourcing and procurement of materials and equipment for the research and production projects. Keates worked at Applied Biomimetic Inc. until December 2017. Ronald then joined Pilot Chemical Company as a Research Chemist in the same year.

Ronald Keates attended the University of Kentucky from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from the same university.
