Dean Martens

Dean Martens has a significant amount of work experience in the software engineering field. Dean started their career in 1994 at Automating Peripherals Inc, where they worked as a Junior Programmer and Developer. Dean then moved on to Henwood Energy Services, Global Energy Decisions, and Global Energy, where they held a Senior Software Engineer role. At these companies, they focused on writing 3-tier desktop applications for clients in the energy industry, and also served as the team technology, coding standards, and user interface lead. Dean programmed extensively in C# using frameworks 1. Dean later joined Ventyx as a Senior Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Pilot Energy as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead since 2010.

Dean Martens studied at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
