Colby Fleming

Colby Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Colby started their career at Wellmont Health System as a Patient Registration Representative from May 2006 to August 2007. Colby then joined PwC as an Audit Intern in May 2008. Colby returned to PwC in January 2009 as an Associate and later promoted to Senior Associate from June 2011 to December 2011.

In December 2011, Colby joined Pilot Flying J as a Financial Analyst and worked in that role until October 2015. From November 2015 to August 2017, they served as an Executive Development Designate at Pilot Flying J. Colby then took on the role of Strategic Petroleum Pricing Manager from August 2017 to September 2018, where they oversaw the execution of pricing strategies and collaborated with various departments. In September 2018, they were promoted to Director Financial Planning and Analysis, responsible for providing executive leadership forecasts, budgets, and analyses. In January 2020, they became the Director of Finance for PFJ Energy, a position they held until September 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategy and Execution at Pilot Flying J.

Colby Fleming obtained a degree in Accounting from Emory & Henry College between 2003 and 2007. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
