Jesse Phillips has extensive work experience in sales and strategy, with a focus on the transportation and logistics industry. Jesse began their career as a Student Worker at The University of Mississippi in 2010, working in Procurement Services. In 2011, Jesse worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Lane Limited and then moved on to become an Account Executive at Pacific Logistics Corporation.

In 2012, Jesse joined Pilot Flying J as a Direct Sales Representative and quickly progressed to the role of Regional Sales Manager. Jesse then held the position of Division Director of Sales, West before being promoted to Vice President of Sales Strategy in December 2022. Throughout their time at Pilot Flying J, Jesse has been instrumental in driving sales growth and strategic planning.

Jesse Phillips completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing at the University of Mississippi from 2006 to 2011. Jesse then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2010 to 2011.
