Radosław Kucharczyk

Tomasz Rados is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Officer for the EU4Health programme at the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) since January 2025, responsible for managing calls for proposals and tenders aimed at enhancing European healthcare systems post-COVID-19. Previously, Tomasz held the position of Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) in 2024, where responsibilities included preparing grant agreements, managing financial transactions, and facilitating audits. Additional experience includes a role as Project Assistant and Financial Correspondent at the European Commission, where Tomasz supported technical projects in health, labor, and education. Past positions also encompass contributions as Directorate Assistant at the European Defence Agency, Coordination Assistant at the European External Action Service, and leadership as President of Network PL. Tomasz began an academic career as a university lecturer while earning a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.
