Justin Pratt

Justin Pratt has extensive experience in business development and water management. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Pilot Water Solutions, a company that acquired Felix Water and Oilfield Water Logistics in 2021 and 2022 respectively. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Vice President of Business Development at Felix Water from 2018 to 2021 and as the Director of Commercial Water from 2017 to 2018. Justin also worked as a Project Manager at Williams from 2010 to 2016 and as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo from 2004 to 2010. Justin's earlier career includes leadership roles at the National FFA Organization, where they served as a Leadership Conference Presenter and Team Leader and as the Director of the Oklahoma FFA Alumni Leadership Camp.

Justin Pratt attended Oklahoma State University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
