Alexa Caruso

Alexa Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexa started their career at Community Surgical Supply as a Customer Service and Collections representative in 2010. Alexa then joined the Kennedy Krieger Institute as a Clinical Assistant from July 2013 to November 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was promoted to Assistant Manager from October 2015 to May 2016.

Alexa then transitioned to Enterprise Fleet Management as an Account Executive from May 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they worked with decision-makers to design customized fleet management strategies focused on improving operational efficiency, cash flow management, and expense reduction.

In 2018, Alexa joined Pilot as an Account Executive, where they emphasized their commitment to providing easy and reliable internet services. Alexa later became the Sales Team Lead from July 2019 to November 2019 and subsequently took on the role of Direct Sales Manager from October 2019.

Most recently, they have taken on a volunteer position as the Director of Teen Programming at Out Montclair, a nonprofit organization promoting inclusivity and support for the LGBTQIA+ community of Montclair.

Alexa Caruso earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Towson University.
