Charles has held various leadership positions in companies such as Pima Association of Governments, NeoChloris Inc., Constant Compliance Inc., and Gas Technology Institute. With a background in biology, chemistry, and environmental science, Charles also holds a Master of Public Health degree and is a Doctor of Public Health candidate in Leadership.
