Isaac has also coordinated with the staff and introduced differential tuition methodology that generated profit of $500,000 per year. Furthermore, they have ensured 80% reduction in payroll errors and decreased processing time by half through an automated time and attendance system; resolved the $2M gap in financial analysis by eliminating a critical error in calculations. Lastly, they have streamlined the strategic progress of the college by implementing IT project management and prioritization processes.

Isaac Abbs received their Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and their Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (Computer Science, Mathematics & Spanish) from the University of Arizona. Isaac is certified from EDUCAUSE Institute Management Program in ITIL V3 Level 1 Certification.
