Victor Quiros

Vice President Operations at Pima Council On Aging

Victor Quiros has held various roles throughout their work experience. Victor started their career in 2005 as a Manager of Community Services at Our Family Services, where they remained until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Victor worked at DC Superior Court, first as Civil ADR Branch Chief and later as Deputy Director. In 2016, they became President/Co-Owner of Upcycle Tucson, Inc, until 2018 when they joined Pima Council On Aging. At Pima Council On Aging, Victor initially served as Database Manager and then advanced to Vice President of Operations in August 2020.

Victor Quiros has an impressive education history. Victor pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona between 1986 and 1991. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Finally, Victor furthered their education by completing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, from 2004 to 2009.
