The Leadership Team at Pima Federal Credit Union is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision of the credit union to serve its members effectively. This team, which includes the President & CEO and senior vice presidents across key divisions like credit, administration, operations, organizational development, human resources, loan operations, and compliance, collaborates to ensure the delivery of Smart, Simple, and Personal banking experiences. They oversee organizational performance, uphold regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives that align with the credit union's values and member-focused mission.
