Gary Shaw

Gary Shaw has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Logistics undergraduate at Ford Motor Company from 1994 to 1998. Gary then worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at B&Q from 1998 to 2000, followed by a position as a Demand Planner at SSL from 2001 to 2004. Gary then moved to Electrium, where they served as a Retail Supply Chain Manager from 2004 to 2007. Gary then joined FuturMaster as a Supply Chain Consultant from 2007 to 2011, and later became a Senior Supply Chain Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Gary then worked at QAD DynaSys as a Business Consultant from 2014 to 2019, before being promoted to Principal Business Consultant & EMEA Team Lead from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, Gary took a planned career break before joining Northcoders for a software development bootcamp from October 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as a Software Delivery Consultant at Pimberly, starting from February 2023.

Gary Shaw attended the Northcoders Manchester from 2022 to 2023, where they completed a full-stack software engineering bootcamp program. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA (Hons)) in Business Studies from the University of East London between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained certifications in supply chain management such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in December 2017, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in September 2016, and CDDP Certified Demand Driven Planner from ISCEA - International Supply Chain Education Alliance in July 2017.
