Athanasios Pytharas

Athanasios Pytharas is currently serving as the Manager of Investment Planning & Controlling at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since January 2023. Previously, Athanasios worked as an Internal Auditor at WGV Versicherung from January 2021 to December 2022, and as an Analyst in Investment Operations at Allianz from September 2017 to December 2020. Athanasios also held positions at Allianz as a Working Student in Business Development for Life Insurance and at OPTIMA packaging group GmbH as an Intern in Group Controlling. Earlier experience includes a Sales Trainee role at Allianz and an internship in Wealth Management at LBBW. Athanasios holds a Master of Science in Finance & Accounting from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Sales (Finance) from Hochschule Heilbronn.
