Kai Danielsen

Kai Danielsen has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, spanning over a decade. Kai currently works at PIMCO Prime Real Estate as an Associate Director - Portfolio - Funds & Asia Pacific (APAC). Prior to this, they held various senior managerial positions at PIMCO, including Senior Manager - Risk & Portfolio in North & Central Europe. Kai also has experience in asset management and analysis, having worked as an Associate and Analyst in the same field. Before joining PIMCO, Kai worked at PwC Deutschland, where they focused on transactions, valuation, and strategy in real estate. Kai Danielsen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Management and Economics from the University of applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Kai then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (Real Estate Analysis, -Research and -Investment) from Leipzig University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they had a short-term educational experience at San Diego State University in the field of Business Administration, although it is not clear if they obtained a degree from there.
