Kunihiko Amino Mrics

Kunihiko Amino MRICS has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate. Kunihiko started their career at Cornes & Co., Ltd. in 2005, where they worked in sales until 2008. Kunihiko then joined Sanko Estate K.K. as an associate, where they worked from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Touchstone Capital Management K.K. as the General Manager, a role they held until 2019, when they became the Head of Asset Management until 2021. Currently, they are working at PIMCO Prime Real Estate as the Head of Asset Management since 2021.

Kunihiko Amino MRICS attended Keio University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in business studies. In terms of additional certifications, in March 2009, they became a licensed real estate appraiser. In 2014, they obtained the certification of a Residential Building Inspector, and most recently, in February 2020, they earned the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
