Paddy Gu

Paddy Gu, CFA, has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Paddy began their career at Knowledge First Financial as a Sales Consultant in 2011 before moving on to BMO Financial Group as an Account Manager later that year. In 2014, Gu joined Colliers International as an Investment Associate, where they worked until 2017. Paddy then joined Keppel Capital as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2019. Gu's most recent position is at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, where they started as a Vice President of Investment Management in 2020 before being promoted to Associate Director in 2023.

Paddy Gu, CFA completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Paddy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Simon Fraser University, which was obtained between 2008 and 2011. In August 2016, Paddy earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder designation from the CFA Institute.
